Iran’s non-oil trade stood at $ 54.311 billion in the first six month the year 1404 (March 20-March 20), according to the data released by the Isla­mic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), that is 9% less than in the first six month of the year before. 

The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without con­sidering exports of luggage trade) in the first six month of the year 1404 valued at $25.944 billi­on, while the im­ports valued at $28.367 billion. During the mentioned pe­ri­od, the exports remained unchanged in terms of value and the imports decreased by 15 percent, as compared to the first six month of the year 1403. 

China (6,907 Million US-Dollar), Iraq (4,589 Million US-Dollar), the United Arab Emirates UAE (3,481 Mil­­lion US-Dollar), Turkey (2,738 Million US-Dollar) and Afghanistan (1.156 Million US-Dollar) were the top five countries for exports in the first six month of the year 1404.

The UAE (8,732 Million US-Dollar), China (7,620 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (4,384 Million US-Dol­lar), India (1,071 Million US-Dollar) and Germany (873 Million US-Dollar and were the top five sources of im­port.

The transit volume reached 10 million tons, 13% more than in the first six month of the previous year.
