Iran’s non-oil trade stood at $ 85.396 billion in the first nine month the year 1404 (March 20-March 20), according to the data released by the Isla­mic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), that is 11% less than in the first nine month of the year before.

The export volume of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, fuel oil and kerosene and also without con­sidering exports of luggage trade) in the first nine month of the year 1404 valued at $41.243 billi­on, while the im­ports valued at $44.151 billion. During the mentioned pe­ri­od, the exports decreased by 6% in terms of value and the imports decreased by 15 percent, as compared to the first nine month of the year 1403. 

China (10,212 Million US-Dollar), Iraq (7,396 Million US-Dollar), the United Arab Emirates UAE (5,816 Mil­­lion US-Dollar), Turkey (5,005 Million US-Dollar) and Afghanistan (1.878 Million US-Dollar) were the top five countries for exports in the first nine month of the year 1404.

The UAE (13.533 Million US-Dollar), China (12,108 Million US-Dollar), Turkey (7,012 Million US-Dol­lar), India (1,411 Million US-Dollar) and Germany (1,283 Million US-Dollar) were the top five sources of im­port.

The transit volume reached 15.6 million tons, 7% less than in the first nine month of the previous year.
