Eurostat: EU27:   Iran foreign trade from January to November 2023 generated 4,250 million Euro (-11%). The 27 EU coun­tries exported goods worth € 3,513 million Euro (-8%) to Iran and impor­ted goods worth 737 million Euro (-25%). Germany was the most important EU trade partner of Iran, with a trade volume of 1,302 million Euro, followed by Italy (683 million Euro) and the Ne­therlands (536 million Euro). 

The European Union (EU27) export of goods to Iran from January to November 2023 stood at 3,513 mil­lion Euro, a decrease of 8% compared to the first eleven month of the year 2022. Accor­ding to the latest data by Eurostat, the sta­tis­tical office of the European Union, 31% of the EU exports to Iran came from Germany that de­livered goods worth 1,090 million Euro, that was 26% less than in January-November 2022. Second (15%) was Italy with exports worth 540 million Euro (+13%) fol­lowed by the Netherlands (494 million Euro, +44%), Belgium (280 million Euro, +21%) and France (255 million Euro, -12%).

In the first eleven month of the year 2023 the 27 EU countries imported goods worth 737 million Euro from Iran (-25%). Most of the Iranian exports to the European Union (29%) went to Ger­ma­ny, which imported goods worth 212 million Euro from Iran (-18%), followed by Italy (143 million Euro, -3%) and Spain (74 million Euro, -44%)
